Chickpea Coconut Pancake
Chickpea Coconut Pancake ( about 4 pancakes)
2 dl coconut milk
2 dl water
3,5 dl chickpea flour
2 tbsp agave syrup or brown sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of vanilla powder
4 tsp coconut oil for frying

+ banana, coconut flakes toasted, coconut creme, agave syrup or honey...
Mix the coconut milk and the water in a bowl. Add little by little the chickpea flour and mix well. Add the agave sirop, salt and vanilla. Let aside about 5 minutes. Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a pan and add about 1 dl the pancake mixture. Cook about 4 minutes both sides until you can easily turn the pancake. Serve with banana, toasted coconut, coconut creme and agave syrup.
